PLTS is a forum where recreational target shooters collaborate to improve the shooting sports in their respective public land areas via local committees in forests throughout the Northwest.

Stewardship committees are made up of 2 or more like-minded people who care about their favorite places to shoot and would like to help maintain, improve, and save it.  Each committee has a Director who communicates with forest agencies and helps facilitate your efforts.
